Hello!

My name is Christina

In January 2016 I weighed 118kg/261lbs. I was morbidly obese and in danger of dying.

After a little over 1 year on a ketogenic diet I lost over 105lbs and reversed all my biomarkers of disease.

This is me in January 2016, 2 weeks before starting Keto.

Unlike other keto diet experts out there I’ve been morbidly obese and been through the weight loss journey. To date I’ve lost 105lbs and gained valuable insight and experience of the weight loss roller-coaster.

I know the pain and the struggles of living as an obese person and what it takes to get through the weight loss journey!

I will teach you the fundamentals of the ketogenic diet while keeping it simple to fit into your busy lifestyle. Using 121 Coaching, Group Coaching, YouTube and Online Events we can get you onto the keto diet and start to take control of your health.

Losing weight is not about the calories, nor is it about spending hours in the gym. I achieved my weight loss without any exercise.

As a nutrition, health and lifestyle coach you will benefit from a well rounded holistic approach to healing and weight loss.
