Hello!

My name is Christina

In January 2016 I weighed 118kg/261lbs. I was morbidly obese and in danger of dying. After a little over 1 year on a ketogenic diet I lost over 105lbs and reversed all my biomarkers of disease.
This is me in January 2016, 2 weeks before starting Keto. Unlike other Ketogenic Nutrition Coaches out there I’ve been morbidly obese and been through the weight loss journey. To date I’ve lost 105lbs/47kg and gained valuable insight and experience of the weight loss roller-coaster. I know the pain and the struggles of living as an obese person and what it takes to get through the weight loss journey!

Losing weight is not about the calories, nor is it about spending hours in the gym. I achieved my weight loss without any exercise. Telling you what to eat is only 10% of what you need to actually lose weight. Dealing with the 90% emotional and mental aspect takes tools, time and good coaching! Christina's Credentials

Besides having been through the weight loss journey herself, Christina is a fully certified BTEC and NFQ Nutrition and Health Coach, having undertaken studies with IINH in Ireland.

She has also completed the Ketogenic Nutrition and Treatment training with Prof. Tim Noake’s Nutrition Network in South Africa.
