What Has Changed for Me?
So I’ve changed the way I speak to myself to try to break down the self made walls and push myself to do things that I wouldn’t normally believed possible for myself. I’m making myself believe that I can be faster, stronger, more confident and able to achieve my dreams. By changing the energy of the words I use when I talk to myself I’m able to build that self confidence that takes away the power of the self criticism.
- My body is strong
- I have healed well
- I am full of energy
- I am off all medication (how amazing!)
- What I eat and drink heals me or harms me
- My body knows what to do
